What inspired Brock and Lisa to start B & L Acquisitions was their deep-rooted passion for real estate and their extensive experience working with builders and developers as well as buyers looking to build their dream home.  Lisa started her career laser focused on land.  She studied every aspect of the land acquisition and due diligence process, from zoning, surveys, platting, environmental studies, mineral rights, easements and more.  Lisa has worked with developers to find land for master planned communities, large and small townhome development, builders looking to build spec homes, and clients looking for lots to build a custom home.  When Lisa met Brock, with his background as an appraiser and his experience in construction, it was the ideal fit for a long term partnership in land acquisition. They believe that by combining their love for land acquisitions with their knowledge, they can provide unparalleled services to their clients.
